Following his appearance on the Great British Menu, this shoot's primary aim to was photograph Craig Sherrington's competition dishes before they appeared on his menu. Photography planning involved creating a photography style moodboard which informs the sourcing of the right photographer. Also site visits, models and props, project management, photoshoot lists and Art Direction on the photoshoot. Photographer: James Brown
